TERMS OF SERVICE

Photos and other media will be processed and emailed to client the next business day via Google Drive. For example, if your property photos were taken on a Monday, you will receive the photos by the end of business on Tuesday. If you request a shoot on Friday or Saturday, the Photos will be edited and emailed by end of business on Monday. Any video packages will be completed within two business days.

Travel Charges:

I operate in a 25 mile radius of Conshohocken - Any property outside of this range will be subject to $0.80/mile of travel for both arrival and return trips.

If the photographer arrives to a property and cannot take photos for any reason there will be a $50 travel charge. The fee will also apply if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct address and access info. If there is a lockbox, please make sure the keys are in the lockbox and that they are the correct keys for the house.

You agree that Jason Deal LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of photos, videos, and any other digital media produced or developed by Jason Deal LLC. In exchange for payment to Jason Deal LLC for the services provided you are granted limited non-transferable right to use the digital media in connection with marketing and promoting the Property, your listings, or your real estate business or brokerage. Photos used for any purpose not directly related to the sale of the Property must be with the express permission of Jason Deal LLC and the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
